Recreational Gymnastics for Girls & Boys Ages 5+ Years

Central Coast Gymnastics has a specialized entry level program that is designed to meet the needs of all children who want to learn gymnastics no matter their age or size.

Level A Girls (ages 5 - 7) 1 hour class Level B Girls (ages 6-8) 1 hour class Level C Girls (ages 7 - 9) 1.5 hour class

Class A Boys (ages 5 - 7) 1 hour class Class B Boys (ages 6-8) 1 hour class Class C Boys (ages 7 - 9) 1.5 hour class

In addition to our entry level programs, CCG provides additional recreational classes for older boys and girls.

Beg/Inter Recreational Girls (ages 9+) 1.5 hour class; No experience needed Beg/Inter Recreational Boys (ages 9+) 1.5 hour class; No experience needed

This class is designed for the older gymnast just starting out to learn and develop skills on all Olympic events. The focus is on building a solid foundation for your child to grow and stay healthy.

Advanced Recreational Girls (ages 10+) 2 hour class; Experience required on all events Advanced Recreational Boys (ages 10+) 2 hour class; Experience required on all events

Work is done at individually desired pace in a non-competitive environment. Higher level skills will be emphasized. This is a great training program for ex-team gymnasts who still love the sport, but are not able to commit to the team.

ADDED VALUE FOR YOUR FAMILY

• Pay your child's tuition on or before the 1st of each month, and you will receive a FREE hour of Super Gym which is held on a scheduled Saturday each month. Stop by the office to find out more information.

• All students involved in our Recreational Gymnastics have the opportunity to participate in a quarterly in-house Recreational Meet, as well as our Annual Show. These are great opportunities for your child to perform what they have learned in their classes for family and friends to see!

• Discounts provided for those enrolled in multiple CCG programs such as Dance, Gymnastics, Cheer, and Sports Acrobatics.
