Trampoline and Tumbling
Trampoline and Tumbling (or TNT for short) is a discipline of gymnastics along with Men's Artistic, Women's Artistic, Acrobatic, and Rhythmic. TNT althetes tumble on a rod floor which is even more bouncy than the spring floor that artistic and acrobatic gymnasts use. CCG has a 40 ft. rod floor and an olympic size trampoline. This is a great sport for kids who love to tumble and would rather spend all of their time flipping instead of practicing all of the artistic events.
Recreational and Trampline and Tumbling Class Schedule
Beginning Trampoline and Tumbling
Ages 5-8 years
Athletes learn basic skills on both the trampoline and the floor. The focus of this class is to provide a safe, relaxed environment where kids can have fun as they develop their balance, coordination, flexibility, and strength.
Intermediate Trampoline and Tumbling
Age 8+
The intermediate trampoline and tumbling class is a continuation of the direction provided by the beginning class. Students expand their trampoline and tumbling abilities with careful attention to the level of safety required when learning more advanced skills.
Competitive Trampoline and Tumbling

CCG is starting a competitive trampoline and tumbling program. Our first TNT competition was the 2009 Regional Jump Start Testing. Jump Start is the TNT national development program. More information will be coming soon on how to join the new TNT team!
