• Step 1. Complete the family & student registration information below and submit to hold your athletes reservation/spot. Your registration is not complete until CCG receives a full payment for your athletes PEAK's registration. No payment has been collected in this step.
• Step 2. CCG will contact you by phone to help new students set up an account and make a full payment. If you are returning, CCG will contact you to collect the full payment which must be made within 48 hours of atj;ete registration. If you already have an account set up with CCG, you can add your credit card to that site and we can just process your payment and send a confirmation email to confirm payment received. • Step 3. You will receive an email from CCG that full payment was received.

Last date to Pre-Register:

-Friday, July 18, 2025 (unless the PEAK Training Clinic fills up, then we will start a waitlist for each discipline).

-We will not have any walk-ins. Must pre-register to attend.

Refunds:

-On or before June 14, 2025 by 12pm [full refund].

-From June 15 - June 30, 2025 [50% refund].

-On or after July 1, 2025 [no refunds].
