Autopay Policies
By enrolling in autopay, you will save $5 per month and you will avoid the $15.00 late fee per child.
If you have a credit card saved on file in your customer portal
you are automatically enrolled in autopay. If your child is enrolled in a monthly billed class, there is not an option to save a credit card on file without being on autopay. You can only
save one credit card on file, per family, for autopay.
If you do not want to be on autopay, or to unenroll from autopay, simply delete your credit card that you have saved on file in your
customer portal. If you decide not to be on autopay
tuition is due by the 1st of the month to avoid late fees. After the 1st of the month there is a $15.00 late fee per child.
Autopay runs on the 20th of the month, for the following month’s tuition. However, if the 20th is a holiday or a weekend, autopay will run the business day before. (i.e., If Monday the 20th
is a holiday your credit card will run Friday the 17th.)
If you would like to withdraw your child from class, written drop notices are required. If you are on autopay, please give us your written drop notice by the 15th of the
month to ensure your credit card doesn't run on the upcoming autopay cycle; which pays for the following month’s tuition. You can simply fill out a drop form at our front office
or email our office at info@iflipforccg.com.
Autopay will run for monthly tuition, annual registration fee, and snacks only. It will not run for taxable items, session classes, team fees, uniforms, event fees, etc.
